  • 1.

    Clinical feature: shoulder adduction-extension-internal rotation and elbow extension posture on supine.


  • 2.

    Botulinum toxin injection:



    • a.

      Primary target muscles:




      • shoulder adductors: pectoralis major (3-1), corachobrachialis (3-2), latissimus dorsi (3-3).



      • shoulder internal rotators: pectoralis major (3-1), latissimus dorsi (3-3), subscapularis (3-6), teres major (3-10).



    • b.

      Secondary target muscles:




      • shoulder extensors: posterior deltoid (3-12), triceps long head (3-14).
