  • 1.

    Clinical feature: elbow extension and forearm pronated posture on supine.


  • 2.

    Botulinum toxin injection:




    • Primary target muscles: triceps (3-14) and pronator teres (4-2)




Note: pronator quadratus is more active pronator at elbow flexion position (pronator teres is active at elbow extension).
