Clinical feature: Great toe deviates laterally (left foot in the picture). Usually combined with overriding toe deformity and pronated foot.

Botulinum toxin injection:

Primary target muscles: adductor hallucis transverse (8-2) and oblique (8-3).
- b.
Secondary target muscles: peroneus muscles (7-4 to 7-6) in case of foot pronation combined.
