History


A 40-year-old man with a vague history of nasal trauma in the past desired improvement of nasal breathing, symmetry, and tip appearance ( Fig. 15.1A–H ).

Analysis of Preoperative Photos


The pyramid is crooked to the left with splaying of the left nasal bone. The right upper lateral cartilage is separated medially from the nasal bone. The tip is bulbous. There is recurvature of the lateral crus of the right lower lateral cartilage. The nostrils are asymmetric. The base of the columella is to the left.
