Clinical feature: elbow extension and forearm pronated posture on supine.

Botulinum toxin injection:
Primary target muscles: triceps (3-14) and pronator teres (4-2)
Note: pronator quadratus is more active pronator at elbow flexion position (pronator teres is active at elbow extension).
