Indications
Treatment of flat anterior chamber secondary to choroidal effusion after glaucoma filtration surgery.
Treatment of select hemorrhagic choroidal detachments.

Fine-toothed tissue forceps (e.g., 0.12 mm Castroviejo forceps)
Westcott scissors
Cautery
Scarifier (e.g., Grieshaber #681.01, Beaver #57)
Sutures (7–0 Vicryl)
Needle holder
Cellulose sponges
Syringe with 30 gauge needle or cannula
