History
This 21-year-old woman with bilateral nasal obstruction, a deviated nose, and previous rhinoplasty requested revision rhinoplasty to improve nasal breathing and shape (Fig. 9.1A–H).

Analysis of Preoperative Photos
The upper two thirds of the nose are deviated. The tip is bifid and under-projected with thick skin and poor support. The septum is severely deviated.
