History


A 24-year-old woman who feels that her nose is too large and over-projected. She also has a history of left-sided nasal airway obstruction ( Fig. 4.1A–H ).

Analysis of Preoperative Photos


There is rounding of the nasal tip and lack of tip definition on frontal view. Profile view demonstrates mild dorsal convexity, lack of supratip break, over-projected nasal tip, and microgenia.
