History


This 45-year-old man with no history of nasal trauma presented with concerns about “the bump” on his nose and the “piggish” appearance to the nose ( Fig. 11.1A–H ).

Analysis of Preoperative Photos


The tip is under-projected and over-rotated with a long upper lip. The columella is short and the tip is bulbous. There is a real and also a relative dorsal hump due to the deep radix. There is medium skin thickness.
