History
This 45-year-old man with no history of nasal trauma presented with concerns about “the bump” on his nose and the “piggish” appearance to the nose (Fig. 11.1A–H).

Analysis of Preoperative Photos
The tip is under-projected and over-rotated with a long upper lip. The columella is short and the tip is bulbous. There is a real and also a relative dorsal hump due to the deep radix. There is medium skin thickness.
