Anterior Chamber Paracentesis
Indications
Diagnostic tap of anterior chamber fluid.
Central retinal artery occlusion to rapidly decrease intraocular pressure.
Useful as an adjunct to many intraocular surgical procedures.

Lid speculum
Fine tissue forceps (e.g., 0. 12 mm Castroviejo or Colibri)
Wheeler or similar microsurgical knife
Tuberculin syringe with 30G needle
