Unilateral nasal polyposis: clinical presentation and pathology. Response to the editor letter by Tulay Habesoglu, MD




This letter is in response to a letter to the editor written by Mehmet and Tulay Habesoglu regarding the article “unilateral nasal polyposis: clinical presentation and pathology,” Am J Otolaryngol 2008;29:230-2.


They discovered typographical errors in the discussion section.


The numbers in the results section are correct.


For example, the incidence of IP was 7 (16%) of 44 patients and not 39% as was mistyped in the discussion.
