A 47-year-old man with a history of idiopathic panuveitis in the left eye (OS) presents for a routine follow-up visit. His disease has been quiet for almost a year and never required systemic therapy. Follow-up was gradually extended out because his clinical course had stabilized. He denies any episodes akin to a flare in the intervening time, but does report that his vision is more distorted than it used to be. He has no complaints in the right eye (OD), which has never been involved. Baseline vision in the left eye has been in the 20/25 to 20/30 range .
