In the August 2012 issue, an error is reported in the above article. The mutation described as c.904G>T appears in Table 1, in the text, and in Supplemental Figure 1. The nucleotide change is, in fact c.904G>A, rather than c.904G>T. However, the described protein change (p.Asp302Asn) is correct as described in the article.
